DealerCamp’s welcoming format and high level of customer service create the best possible atmosphere for conducting business.
DealerCamp is held at the Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah—an epic, just 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport and offers everything manufactures of all segments need to showcase new products, while providing a high-quality experience for attending retailers and media.
NEW for 2013 - At last, due to an overwhelming number of requests from the bicycle industry, we are adding a consumer day to DealerCamp 2013. Our dates have been shifted slightly later to accommodate this new added feature:
Thursday, July 25th & Friday, July 26th - DealerCamp Trade Days, 9am - 6pm
Saturday, July 27th - Consumer Day, 9am - 5pmPark City / Deer Valley Resort could not be a better location to attract hundreds, if not thousands of hungry cyclists who have been hard pressed to find a quality consumer show anywhere convenient for them. The slightly later dates also provide a very narrow gap between DealerCamp and the start of the Outdoor Retailer Expo 2013, just 40 minutes down the mountain in Salt Lake City.
2013 Exhibitor Program & Pricing
10’ x 10’ exhibit spaces - 1 to 20 spaces, any configuration = $2,100 per space. Need more space, email for pricing
Contracts must have a minimum deposit of 50% with the total balance due on or before May 1st, 2013

DealerCamp Quick Facts
DealerCamp’s outdoor expo will be located in three large, smooth, flat and fully paved parking lots at Deer Valley Resort’s Snow Park Lodge. The lot is unpowered however we have LIMITED spaces we can offer power to via generator for a $200.00 fee.
The lot designated for our event is roughly 200 yards from the main lodge and chairlifts that access all fat tire segment product testing. Road, urban and electric bikes can simply roll out the exhibiting parking lot onto several paved options.
Recommended exhibitor lodging options are plentiful, with some superb and affordable condos—The Lodges and Silver Baron Lodge—just steps away from the expo.
Lovely, but limited, meeting rooms at these two groups of condos are available for indoor exhibiting for a fee. These locations are just a few minutes walking distance from the outside expo. The condos in The Lodges and Silver Baron Lodge can also be used for lodging, entertaining and exhibiting as long as the exhibiting company also has space within the outside expo. DealerCamp Tent Services
DealerCamp can arrange for a tent of any size to be rented and assembled for your exhibit space at very reasonable prices. Just bring your products, banners and staff and we will take care of the rest. To make arrangements, contact Chad - [email protected]
