DealerCamp’s outdoor expo will be located in three large, smooth, flat and fully paved parking lots at Deer Valley Resort’s Snow Park Lodge.
The lot designated for our event is roughly 200 yards from the main lodge and chairlifts that access all fat tire segment product testing. Road, urban and electric bikes can simply roll out the exhibiting parking lot onto several paved options.
Recommended exhibitor lodging options are plentiful, with some superb and affordable condos—The Lodges and Silver Baron Lodge—just steps away from the expo.
Lovely, but limited, meeting rooms at these two groups of condos are available for indoor exhibiting for a fee. These locations are just a few minutes walking distance from the outside expo. The condos in The Lodges and Silver Baron Lodge can also be used for lodging, entertaining and exhibiting as long as the exhibiting company also has space within the outside expo. DealerCamp Tent Services
DealerCamp can arrange for a tent of any size to be rented and assembled for your exhibit space at very reasonable prices. Just bring your products, banners and staff and we will take care of the rest.
