Although there are literally hundreds of hotel rooms in the Deer Valley / Park City area, Lifeboat Events has chosen the following lodging options exclusively for our exhibitors & retailers and has negotiated exceptional rates. Of course these selections are purely optional so feel free to contact us for more choices.


Both the "Lodges at Deer Valley" and "The Silver Baron Lodge" are adjacent to the parking areas that will host the DealerCamp expo making them ideal for Exhibitors. The individual suites and rooms in many cases are just a few steps from the expo, and some are no more than a 5-10 minute walk. The condos are very nicely decorated and typically have a sleeper sofa in the living area to accommodate another lodger. They have full gourmet kitchens for eat in meals and the ample living quarters provides great options for entertaining retailers or colleagues after a long day of testing and introducing your products.

For example, in the Lodges at Deer Valley, a 2-bedroom suite will sleep 3 comfortably, will provide each with his or her own bathroom and at $244 per night (excluding taxes). This is less than one hundred dollars per person.

More affordable options such as the Yarrow Resort and Park City Peaks Hotel provide additional choices for Exhibitors and Retailers alike.  

Reservations for either lodge can be made by calling 1-800-558-3337 and using the DealerCamp 2010 event code 16907. Reservations at the Yarrow or Park City Peaks can be made via the websites listed below the hotel descriptions. 

 

 

 


The Lodges at Deer Valley


Classic, mountain-design lodge features 170 rooms which include hotel rooms with microwaves, wet bar, small refrigerator, coffeemaker with coffee. One, two and three bedroom suites have full kitchens, living rooms with a fireplace and a private bath in each bedroom. Meeting rooms are on-site and have windows. Total meeting space exceeds 7,000 square feet. On-site General Store, with full coffee bar and an outlet for a licensed Utah State liquor store, is a wonderful convenience.

Catering is provided by Deer Valley Resort’s award-winning food and beverage team

Amenities include: Fitness center, Limited business center, Pool, High speed wireless Internet access, Lounge & Common-area hot tub, Complementary in-town guest shuttle, Group catering, Complimentary hotel guest parking, 1.0 mi. to historic Main Street, Concierge service.

Hotel rooms = $124.00 /night

One-bedroom suites = $169.00/night

Two-bedroom suites = $244.00/night

Three-bedroom suites = $289.00/night

Silver Baron Lodge


Rustic yet refined, mountain-design lodge features 100 rooms which include hotel rooms with microwaves, wet bar, small refrigerator, coffeemaker with coffee.  One, two and three bedroom suites have full kitchens, living rooms with a fireplace and a private bath in each bedroom. All suites have private outdoor hot tubs on decks.  Meeting rooms are on-site.  Total meeting space exceeds 4,000 square feet.  Silver Baron Lodge is an extension of The Lodges at Deer Valley, which has an on-site General Store, with coffee bar and an outlet for a licensed Utah State liquor store.

The Yarrow Resort

This 181-room hotel is located in the heart of Park City, 2.5 miles from Deer Valley Resort. It offers traditional hotel rooms, studio rooms, parlor and executive suites. Park City Peaks Hotel offers 131spacious guests rooms and suites which have recently been renovated, some with balconies.
